How do I report a false or incorrect content rating?

Moescape’s automated moderation system may occasionally assign the wrong content rating. Creators can request a human review.

For your own published post

Open the affected post.

Select the post’s three-dot menu.

Select Report or Self-report.

Choose Incorrect rating, False rating, or the closest available option.

Explain which rating you believe is appropriate and why.

Submit the request for moderator review.

For banned or removed content

Open the content-detail page and select Appeal when that option is available. Explain why you believe the classification was incorrect.

By email

Send an email to community@moescape.ai containing:

Your username

A direct link to the affected content

Its current rating

The rating you believe it should have

A brief explanation

Screenshots when useful

Do not repeatedly delete and repost the same content to avoid its rating. Attempting to bypass moderation may result in restrictions or account action.

Moescape’s Content Policy confirms that users can appeal a mistaken classification by self-reporting the content, adding notes, using the artwork’s appeal option, or emailing the support team with the relevant links. A human moderator will then review the content and adjust its label when necessary.
