When reporting a technical issue, include: Your Moescape username A clear description of the problem Screenshots or a screen recording The affected post, character, model, or generation link Your device and operating system Whether you are using the website, Android app, or iOS app Your browser or app version The approximate time the problem occurred Any visible error message Whether Mochi was deducted Never include your password, verification code, payment-card details, or other sensitive login information.
